Yes Kid is strong, yes kid is durable but with the speed of these lego toys, he can't even touch sanji. He is suitable for giant opponents like kaido, big mom.
I think sanji totally could defeat kid in a 1 vs 1 ( who lost his hand with shank's commander)

I see kid as around the level of King/Queen so I think Sanji has a good chance of beating Kidd but I think Oda is building up Law and Kidd to he Yonkou candidates so kid probably beats sanji and definently beats Zoro.

Literally all of the Monster Trio have one of the most generic Moveset in all of Shounen

"punch harder", "Slash Harder", "Kick Harder" is what their entire fighting style boils down to. Even Naruto who people attacked for being Rasengan focused wasn't so one dimensional
