Sanji is closer to chopper than to jinbe

Jinbe at wci stalled big mom with DF for a while back at WCI. Queen (sanji's main matchup) however lost to two hits without DF or even haki

Pre exoskeleton sanji and chopper had comparable feats. They made queen spew blood but it wasn't enough (both of them admitted this). When chopper gets new powerup, i see them having comparable feats again
