I know you made this to troll, but I've actually been pondering for a while if Zoro is a red herring, given that Rayleigh in personality and looks is more Sanji than Zoro (if not both of them combined). Aside from swordsman and CoC, he shares more traits to Sanji. But I don't think Zoro and Sanji will switch places perse' but maybe something happens with Zoro finally having to leave the crew or take a whole different position that's different from right-hand man (not lower, just something entirely unique).

There's also the theory I've played with that maybe Zoro will leave the crew at Laughtale, so as to turn around and give Luffy a final challenge to prove himself. He said he won't serve a weak captain, well what's more challenging to finally take the prize then have to face your 2nd strongest crewmate.

95% of the things you listed that is a "connection to Sanji" applies to almost all SHs, it's not a Sanji exclusive thing

Now that you mention this a long time ago I saw a fanart where nami opens a bar since her old version is shakky and zoro visits her frequently since his old version is rayleigh

I say this as a die-hard Zoro fan from day one, if Zoro EVER was gonna have a "leave the crew" moment it would have to be a major focus of an arc to get the payoff it deserves, and that would have happened in Wano. I also just do not see a red herring with Zoro, yes he is not a carbon copy of Rayleigh, but neither is Luffy one of Roger. They still share a LOT of similarities, and Oda even gives him a similar epithet/nickname to cement it via King of Hell to Rayleigh's Dark King.

If Oda wishes this saga to be the final saga any major "twists" or shake-ups in the Strawhats dynamic at this point seem real unlikely to me.
