What do you think are Lightnings?

I believe Sanji's flames evolved into Plasma. Volcanoes are able to do this by releasing lightning.

It is either this which is insane ngl and a bit OP, either the effect of Fusing CoA with high temperature fire creating this effect of lightning... It's like he has his own type of Adv CoA

Fire can definitely generate lightning under a particular process and Oda is not necessarily scientifically accurate sometimes so why not.
