That swirly eyebrow means basically nothing devil-fruit related assuming that's all there is to it. I mean, it's cool that he can run faster than Usain Bolt as a result, but meh. That fire is still sort of a phenomena, and it could be called reaching trying to say it's the ability that was part of the genetic modifications, but it never did make much sense that he just uses friction and passion for flames.
I guess the speed was pretty special, though, since it allowed Sanji to achieve a true sense of invisibility and it was highlighted as not being a gimmick/cheap trick. With that speed, I would guess he might be the fastest man in the world aside from maybe Kizaru. Both of them go invisible to the naked eye, but they can still be sensed in other ways using Observation Haki.
The most suspicious thing is the flames because despite Wanze lighting his skates on fire people still question Sanji about it. That's where people got the idea he has Lunarian genetic makeup. His leg is strange because it should be hurting him. The raid suits were resistant to fire, but the Germa 66 members themselves aren't as far as I know.
Personally, I don't think Sanji is a Lunarian, and he is seemingly using something beyond just regular fire use, but that would mean Judge gave Stealth Black a fire or heat-based devil fruit, and it would have to be one that doesn't turn himself into fire, but rather allows him to develop fire on his body.

Oda did a bad job explaining the powers of the siblings and the raid suit. Some people believe the powers come from the raid suit because there where previous Germa generations.

The kind of gravity that would make it impossible for light to escape has for more consequences than invisibility.
It sounds more like wishful thinking than optimism.
There's an importance to swirls/spirals not yet addressed in the manga.
Devil Fruits have swirl patterns.
The Mother Flame appears to have a swirl in it.
I'm guessing it could have something to do with DF abilities being dreams before manifestation.

Yes lol and Sanji did transcend the raid suit already, so there probably isn't any more to it. There shouldn't be anything to gain. All the raid suit did was invisibility along with adding some minor technological bonuses with the accelerators in the boots and the cloaks having a shield.
Queen reproduced their abilities with technology, but theirs are genetic modifications rather than a form of technological implementation. Except, in Sanji's case. Sanji's raid suit didn't require a genetic enhancement. The raid suit itself acted like an accessory that turned him invisible rather than the other way around.
