Queen had 0 issues tagging sanji before he turned invisible. So that's a non issue. Sanji was getting ragged around by queen at that time.

It's was never stated he ran out of stamina not even sanji comment that he ran out of it, so I don't know we're this he got tired and had to reappear come from the hmguy had so much strength he was able to go on the offence with consecutive strikes, its a reason he's been running for two years he stamina is off the chart,

Btw, just so you know. Sanji always constantly moving even prior to chapter 1015 which is the chapter where Sanji saves Chopper from Queen. And Sanji's stamina drops even more when engaging Queen. Even then, Sanji still didn't take a single break since 1015. So Sanji has been fighting Queen for like 19+ chapters now and Sanji still didn't deplete his stamina yet. Talk about endurance beast.

Sanji depleted stamina heavily going invisible and back, then IJ took away the remaining of it, knocking him out after. He had a visible depletion of stamina after invisibility, he was clearly, explicitly shown huffing and puffing for a reason, and Oda had Queen say it'd take a lot of stamina to compliment that a page before for a reason.
