And according to Oda his Haki specialization lies on Observation.

Sanji will awaken an adv form of CoO to find all blue.

His exoskeleton may or may not help him unlock it.

Since he is a superhuman now maybe his senses will be boosted and will reach its peak into unlocking a new ability.
