If that were true then Sanji wouldn't have fought Kuroobi, Mr. 2 Bon Clay, Jabura, and Vergo (they didn't end their fight but Sanji owned him twice, and it was still better than actually losing like Luffy lost to Caesar the first time they fought, and also better than beating a weaker officer with Tashigi's help).
The only time Zoro fought and defeated an opponent stronger (about 5% overall stronger) than Sanji's was in Onigashima, and only thanks to Mink medicine, only after Sanji was already fighting King and Queen at the same time, and only thanks to Franky's help.
Have fun rejoicing at Zoro and Franky's 2vs1 victory against King with extreme difficulty, while Sanji overwhelmed Queen and sent him to heaven while protecting Osome's mouse.

I think they will possibly be powerful but maybe they'll be fought by people allied with the straw hats
Idk, I think it depends on who is more emphasized as a primary enemy of the SHs between the admirals and the gorosei
Because a fight against the BB pirates is pretty much guaranteed and I can't really fathom the M3 getting 3 major fights (BB, Admirals, Gorosei/Imu) in succession tbh
