I don't think Oda will ever put him in a situation where if Sanji doesn't hit this woman, Nami or Robin could die neither of them are ever facing a woman they can't handle and the one time Nami was (via Ulti) Big mom was basically a temporary ally

I'm especially arguing that no. There are none. At least as long as he will stay with the strawhats. The crew acknowledge and understand this incapacity of him to hit women so they are compensating and organize accordingly.
