A lot of people don't get this

Sanji's ability to deflect lasers isn't a strength feat, it is due to his unique ability. That's why Franky and Kizaru were so shocked. While one can intercept a light beam, like Rayleigh did, or absorb it like Marco did(taking damage and regenerating), kicking light should be impossible.

However Sanji has a unique asspull ability called "The power of love".

Initially, Sanji could use this to burst into flames

Then he got IJ, which has blue flames and lightning, possibly a sort of plasma, idk.

Anyways, this should all be impossible, however Sanji's power of love seemingly allows him to break physics. What is power of love? God knows. Oda introduced IJ in enies lobby, which was in the 300-400 chapters, and we are currently over 1000+ chapters into the story, Loda still hasn't actually explained it.

However, the most likely answer is probably this:

Sora's drug manipulated Sanji's DNA and are the reason he has emotions. Hence its not impossible for the "power of love" to be the side effect of this. Judge initially manipulated Sanji to be a germa warrior, then Sora took the pill, which changed him into something else. He wasn't a germa warrior, but he wasn't a normal human either.

1. If we're focusing on the "break physics" part, the better excuse would be Gear 5's Awakening effects, allowing Sanji to have toon force.

2. But If we're focusing on the "love" part, then Haki is more probable. Garp's Fist of Love is CoA, then Sanji's Power of Love could be CoA too. This is also because a lot of things spiritual related is included to be Haki by Oda.

An unpopular & obscure theory, that fits Egghead story, is that Exoskeleton has Buccaneer traits. We know Buccaneers have a special power yet to be explained.

This is far more interesting than "just Haki". For WG members, they should & will subscribe to this theory because it's a fuel to trashtalking Sanji.

It's not bullshit because IRL, genetic research is a real science thing.

Then in-universe, Oda spent an arc just to explain & showcase it.

Not out-of-nowhere = not bullshit.
Not a fantasy concept = not bullshit.

G5 doesn't give you toon force unless Luffy is touching you.
And haki doesn't let you burst into flames like a DF user, which Sanji describes as being due to his passion(power of love).

And the buccaneer one doesn't make any sense. Not only do buccaneers not have anything close to an exoskeleton, bending light was never shown to be their special power.
