Sanji has always peppered cooking references into his fights so him getting long ranger (sanji not having long range options will mean during zoro and sanjis fight he would be forced to come in to attack so it evens out sanjis far superior superior speed and mobility )
that’s comparable to
Meteor spice (obviously downscaled )
Where he launched fire balls like a spice down

Or using fire force shinra (who has a fire ability called devils footprint fitting sanjis devil association )
His fire feet allowed for speed and mobility and he evolved that ability and gained new moves by manipulating his chakras (with handsign to focus energy in his feet

He focused the fire to be like a jet flame precise and focused to increase his speed and when powered up he moved faster then light and time traveled (this won’t be happening but it is fun to imagine

Imagine him increasing his speed by him emitting fire like a jet
Or fire ranmyaku
Or him manipulating fire around him a fire version of fishman judo/karate

My theory that I've always liked, was him mastering "Attack Cusine" and being able to use 100% of the nutrients and calories from food. So like being able to store calories for stamina, or healing his bones with Calcium. getting more energy from Sugars, and a boost in strength from Protein. it would be balanced because he would have to eat tons before hand.

I still think that Power Of Love will be a real thing!

I believe that the very fact that Sanji can turn on / off his genetic mods as he sees fit is because of the ‘Power of Love’. I anticipate that Sanji’s genetics will remain stagnant until a critical moment where overuse of it will cause Sanji to lose control turning his hair black, his exoskeleton becomes more rougher, stronger and jagged but with his complete emotional state altered. It will be love that brings him back which is when I believe he will gain CoC/aCoC as his love will literally conquer his modifications. It will then be revealed that the Power of Love was a subset of Conqueror’s haki whereby conqueror’s who had the ambition and will not to dominate but protect/love were able to fuel a conquering spirit, I.e. Love conquers all.
