Naruto had the mastery his ability able to use his six path at its peak

Sasuke in the other hand couldn’t use his rinnegan at his peak and was spamming the 2 rinnegan ability the whole day . The same with madara and Obito.

This is completely wrong since Sasuke borrowed the power of all bijuus to create a Susanoo stronger than even Madara's and Kakashi's.

Naruto already matched full power Sasuke without pulling his Asura mode and he didn't want to kill Sasuke. It's clear that Sasuke would inevitably lose the fight more one-sidedly if he wasn't borrowing the power of the bijuus.

Plus, you stated that Sasuke spammed his Rinnegan ability the whole day? He got his Rinnegan only at the end of the war when they fought against Juudara and Kaguya. Sasuke couldn't even do that much against Kaguya, Naruto was the one fighting her till the end.

Wdym "maxed level"? He received a temporar PU far exceeding whatever his "Rinnegan maxed level" is supposed to be and he was still pushing Naruto to a draw at best.

Due to his inexperience, Sasuke could not attack and absorb attacks at the same time, as Kurama said. Otherwise, in any clash of techniques, Sasuke would always have the advantage. Kurama is a part of Naruto power since he was a kid.
Sasuke and Naruto both got the same power(the one the half, the another the half).
Both got the same powerup, yet Naruto was clearly stronger.

Without the bijuus Sasuke took, just by his own powers, he would lose hard against Naruto.

What sasuke did with the bijuu was tapping their chakra source only for his finisher move. So we accept that Naruto has a similar, most likely even larger, chakra source by default but if Sasuke uses some it's cheating.

I would agree that minus bijuus 1-8 Sasuke would lose but given both have unlimited Chakra resources instead of just Naruto, they end up in a draw. I'd consider it a fair match and a good finale for their rivalry.
