Yeah I saw the video in my YT subscription feed, it made me very sad.

I had found her channel in 2020 during the lockdowns. Her chemistry with Finnegan fox was awesome and the funny videos like the one where Dixiedoo stole her phone were really good to see. Great stress relievers.

I had not watched the channel in a few years so it was a terrible shock to know that she'd died, out of committing suicide at that.

I didn't even know people were harrassing her, all the comments in her vids that I recall seeing had been very appreciative with some even joking about her being an IRL Disney Princess.

I hope that there's an afterlife and that she's very happy in it. R.I.P.

Urban rescue ranch mentioned he wished he would have been more pushy with friends with love and God before because the last year had been rough with things like these with some people he knew of too

Her husband posted a video about it - fair warning, it's pretty brutal and I myself couldn't make it through the whole thing.

Seems she received a lot of online harassment according to him. I also found that there's also a whole ass subreddit dedicated to hating called r/saveafoxsnark that has gone private now. Looks like Reddit was involved here as the OP said.

Comments further say that other people who were involved in animal rescue were responsible. I'm afraid I don't know much more, it's a case where I honestly can't bring myself to look into it too much.

It's ironic in a really cruel way. You see this lady had a great bond with a fox named Finnegan who was like the channel mascot. I was always worried that eventually we'd get a "Tragic loss" video about Finnegan passing away.....I was NOT expecting Mikayla to go first.

Rest in peace to her man

Way too many dickheads on the Internet that don’t think about the things that they say and how they can hurt people. I hope her husband can find peace with himself as well
