Enel is a guy that would have crushed all pre-CoA opponents like Bellamy, Foxy, Lucci, and Moriah before losing to Kizaru (Sabaody) or Hancock due to lack of CoA.

His CoO was incredible covering great range, most likely possessing FS and his DF mastery is right up there with the best in the series even capable of restarting his own heart. Perhaps even showed awakening.

The man is big trouble still for most if he comes back, especially if he has learned some CoA (he also has everything necessary for CoC). Still wipes the floor with Robin, Franky, Brook. Even Zoro, Sanji, Jinbei would have some trouble as blocking his attacks is problematic if you are not made of rubber.

Remember when Enel’s hypothetical bounty was supposed to be as high as 500 million? And that was actually pretty high at the time of reveal?

Izo had a bounty of 510 million.

Based on potential I think it’s clear which fruit is superior, but it’s all up to how Oda wants to play it. Narratively kizaru is much stronger than enel so I assume his showing should outclass him in every way.

Kizaru might be faster out of combat but I feel like Enels fruit offers more mobility, if you recall Kizaru always has to travel in a straight line or through his mirrors to move fast whereas Enel doesnt have that issue. Also AP and DC wise Enels fruit is top of the line. Oda called his fruit invincible.

From what we’ve seen I agree, but we’re still waiting to really see kizaru actually try to be destructive imo. Theoretically kizaru should be able to do some gamma ray burst lulusia style and completely vaporize an island. I just don’t see the goru goru no mi doing the same.
I’m always open to being wrong tho my some of my favorite panels in the manga are from enel.

Enel was boring to me. I like the war between the shandians and Luffy's presence. That's back when Sanji only sipped at the beginning of the arc and that wasn't his whole personality.
