It also shows that Garp's attack is more AoE damage than real damage.. Blackbeard, Shiryu, Pizarro, Van Auger and Devon were still standing from the internal damage..

I think it's just his DF's shockwave power. Just like Marco's talon attack that hits Queen. And there's no black lightnings (Oda didn't invent any advanced forms of Haki back then).

AdCOC was not a thing pre-ts

And CoC was not either in chapter 1..

Oda already showed Ad.CoC before time skip via WB vs Shanks.

Oda just didn't invent black lightning and zzap sfx before time skip so there is no way to know, Sengoku is a CoC user so its possible.

Being a deity, so basically a construct of imagination, buddha could've gotten any kind of abilities by oda.

I highly doubt sencuck used adv CoC. No one used that on MF. It's either that or Oda needs to explain a lot of things + redraw the entire arc.

No its just basic CoC infusion with ryou :^)

Garp also doesn’t have ACoC. He infuses his fist with CoC and uses magic to create the shockwave.
