Kuma's probably the first one to be made, 1 through 3 have been around for weeks while Jinbei/4 is still being tested so the last 3 Seraphim might be incomplete.

Door 1 and 2 open when Vegapunk gives the Seraphim to Sentomaru.

My guess is that S-croc, S-flamingo, and S-Gecko are in Mariejois with the Gorosei. That would make sense as it was revealed the Gorosei could control them.

The seraphim on Egghead will be destroyed in the battle, the remaining ones with the Gorosei will be kept around till the final war.

What a missed opportunity it is if they have no Seraphims of BB, Buggy and Law... If they do have Seraphim Croc and Buggy then they would have a lesser version of Cross Guild...

Interestingly, the missing Seraphims S-Flamingo, S-Crocodile and S-Bat are the copies of the Warlords that Luffy has already defeated and were actual antagonists. The others are at least neutral towards Luffy or are his friends.

there has been 11 total shichibukai only 7 have been there for years so it might just be the original 7 but according to how long a clone takes it could be all 11 in the series/
