Theory Seraphims can override their commands through will power/natural instinct. And who is the traitor.

So I was thinking in the beginning of Egg Head we see that that shark monster which attack from below the water can ignore the commands given to them cause they can't control their natural instinct.
And we know that Seraphims are different from other pactifista/robots in a way that they have emotions and natural thinking. So I am pretty sure a seraphim with strong enough will power can override their commands given to them. And maybe the tratior is a seraphim who can overcome their commands(maybe S-flamingo).
Another part of this story is that seraphims have emotions which basically makes them slaves and we have warrior of liberation there so maybe Luffy can somehow help the seraphims in overcoming their commands given to them.

notice that Oda directed us towards thinking that there's a traitor among VPs by making Shaka say that the Seraphims took orders from VP clone, which is his way of presenting the suspects, at this point we were able to suspect any VP clone, after that he tried give an alibi to each one of them, & right now all of them seem to be innocent.

from the experience I got from watching detective conan, even though all suspects seemed to be innocent, there was always a trick & the culprit was always among them, that's Gosho's approach, I don't know about Oda, but I believe he will take the same approach.
so the questions are, what is the trick? how did that VP clone do it? what are the tools needed for this trick?
we have seen some advanced technologies in Egghead, specifically the hologram, & photonic gloves, I don't know how they can make a trick, but I believe Atlas was able to clone herself using hologram & photonic gloves, so like a hologram that looks like Atlas, so I suspect Atlas, but it can also be Pythagoras.

Pretty sure vegapunk didnt make clones of doflamingo and crocodile, because they are evil. All other shichibukai have some goodness in them. Its why they are easier to control. But willpower can grow is what we have learned, so there will be a moment when they become free. And then it would be nice for them to be elevated by their parents.
