General & Others SH need more timeskip?

I wonder if the SHs need more timeskip. I always thought it was weird that Luffy was going to be PK at 19 instead of 25. What are you guys take on this?

Zoro, Luffy, Nami and Sanji

Are pretty much the only strawhats who got any kinda boost in power since the beginning of the time skip

I mean I guess Usopp got observation haki but I don't think he's used it since then

They don't need a time skip oda just needs to give the others a chance to power up

Egghead with all its technology would of been the perfect arc to give Franky a boost

During the Maria fight Robin showed up she learned fishman karate but other than that one palm strike she hasn't shown any other techniques

They feel like they are still too immature and dont understand certain things about the world.

I think the idea here partly involves the "kids" winning against the adults. This is a Shonen story, after all.

That's part of it but it's not their responsibility to save the world, imo they shouldn't be forced to, just cause of some manifest destiny nonsense

Luffy already said he isn't a hero so unless imu directly attacks him and his friends he likely won't make taking them down a priority

I mean them being ignorant of the world just feels wrong. Like Robin and Brook need to sit down and explain things properly.

Do they tho? One piece as always been first and foremost a story about adventure and mystery everything else is just icing on the cake, they learn everything organically through their travels meeting new people making new friends and alliances that'll make them want to help and defeat the WG, hell Imu killing Cobra would be reason enough for luffy to take him down tbh, really don't need to spend a chapter having a ted talk

I mean, wasn’t Kizaru literally implied to be able to destroy the crew in a 1v10. A conflicted, non-serious Kizaru did outlast G5 and even helped Luffy. A conflicted Kizaru one shotted Luffy’s left hand with a no-name kick. Luffy’s right hand man could not even properly finish off a low ranked lackey of Celestial Dragons. Gunko negged Jinbei, Brook, Nami and Usopp.

Oda clearly showed Luffy, Law and Kid are absolutely not ready for the final stage. The best course of action would be SHs losing in Elbaph, Luffy losing his Yonko status, WG taking hold of Sunny and their RPs.

Luffy is strong in G5 but his time limit issue is an extremely serious handicap. Zoro cannot keep relying on sigma male energy. Whoever taught Sanji haki should put a bullet to their head. Jinbei falls short in terms of strength compared to most of the warlords. Rest of the crew cannot even use Haki.

Have mid trio develop haki
Weal.trio gets really strong

Yes Gunko shouldn’t have accomplished her goal that’s an L for the crew. Al the strawhats should know haki and the ones that know it need to improve it. Overall yes they need a time skip. Luffy needs to overcome his drawbacks.

Everyone except for Luffy needs atleast 5 year timeskip training. They are too weak. Everytime they come up against strong competent fighters, they get folded easily. Can't even defend their objectives properly.

It’s time to accept that the only Straw Hats who will fight EoS antagonist are Luffy and Zoro.

The rest will be Revolutionary army, Supernovas, Cross Guild, BB, Shanks and possibly redemption mode admirals. They’re fully capable of fighting them.

I mean isnt it inevitable that the SHs are supposed to replace the power gap Shanks leaves when he dies? The crew feels to weak for that.
