The only difference here is actually what Shaka wears. His clothing is filled with letters and numbers while Bondrewd doesn't have any letters or numbers on his clothing, its rather dark and grey.

I never thought that Oda would lend something from MiA for his story, I am looking forward for this Shaka since Bondrewd was my top 1 villain.
