I believe this is something that many people in the fandom have already mentioned and discussed, but I think it works for my first post.

She mentioned that she used to be a pirate 40 years ago, (42 now), she also says that Garp used to chase her.

I believe that Garp was already a vice-admiral at that time, therefore he was already known as a powerful marine, and I don't think he'd be chasing some random pirates. Afterall, he was sent to deal with the Rock pirates, so he probably already had some kind of big fame in the navy.

So yeah, that's my 1st post, what do you all think?

Its possible but i would prefer not.. At this point its like 40 years ago there was only 2 pirate crews the Roger pirates and everyone else was in the Rock pirates.. It would be cool if Shakky was her own captain..
