38 Years Ago: Baby Shanks crawls into a treasure chest and is taken away from God Valley by the Roger Pirates by accident
26 Years Ago: Gol D Roger told Shanks he is a Celestial Dragon and Shanks cried in his arms
25 Years Ago: Shanks returns to Marijoa and Garling accepts his return. Shanks meets Mihawk who is a junior God's Knight. Shanks and Mihawk have a lot of duals during this time and are very evenly matched, they both use swordsmanskills as their fighting style
20 Years Ago: Shanks and Mihawk are kicked out of Marijoa, because they kept misbehaving, they both become pirates and each others rivals. Their duals continue and are told all over the world. They are still very evenly matched
12 Years Ago: Shanks loses his arm and gives his hat to Luffy
11 Years Ago: Mihawk, no longer having a swordsman rival, is given the title of World Strongest Swordsman by the world
10 Years Ago: Shanks realises he can no longer use his swordsmanskills to the maximum of it's abilities and decides to develop a new fighting style
6 Years Ago: Having perfected his new fighting style Shanks defeats Loki and is given the title of Yonko
0 Years Ago: Shanks decides to go and get the One Piece
