Most Giants live between 300-450 years (Jarul is 408). I believe the Giants with more Ancient genetics live longer: I think Jarul's horns are real, and his size is from Ancient Oni genetics.
Gyaban thought time was 3 times slower than it was: Gyaban thought he hadn't seen Shanks in 3-4 years, when it was really 10.
Humans in One Piece live between 100-141 years (Doctor Kureha is 141).
Last time we saw Teach, was before the two-day-timeskip when the Straw Hats fell asleep due to Rodo.
If the Straw Hats stay in Elbaph for a full day, it will be about 3 days outside Elbaph. If the Straw Hats rest another day, after this battle, that would be another 3 days.
I think that the Straw Hats will spend one day in Elbaph, then find out that time has moved differently in the outside world, and that Teach is attacking Wano for Pluton.
The Straw Hats will rely on Kuma to be fixed and teleport them with Vegapunk's help: but, it will take a bit of time to restore Kuma.
We know Kuma's Bubble takes 3 Days/Nights to move a person to their destined location.
Once the God's Knights leave, the Straw Hats will have to wait for Kuma to teleport them in a Bubble.
It's also possible they try to travel the Abyss, but, I like the Shanks training arc better.
Once the Straw Hats are in the bubble (I think Shanks is in or near Elbaph), Shanks and the Red Haired Pirates will help train the Straw Hats in Haki/Combat.
So, at the very least, since Caribou told Teach about Pluton, we've had: at least 2 days, + whatever time we've spent on Elbaph.
For everyday spent on Elbaph, it's 3 more days Teach has had to move outside of Elbaph (this is also why Imu complained about the God's Knights taking too long: Teach is attacking Marijoa via the Abyss currently).
If Kuma's repairs take 3 days, that's 2 + (3 x 3) = 11 days they have to wait
Teach has the Abyss now because Catarina can turn into Saturn and use his Mark. I think the Yami Fruit might be able to connect to the Abyss naturally, too, and that Davy D. Jones has similar powers to Imu.
By the time Kuma's repaired, and sends them over to Wano on a 3-day-Shanks-training-arc, Teach will have already taken over Wano and Egghead, and robbed York from Marijoa and potentially Shirahoshi.
If Teach does get Shirahoshi, he'll be able to surround Wano with Sea Kings by threatening her family (I think Teach will take her brothers as captives, too).
I was hoping Teach WOULDN'T kidnap Shirahoshi, but, it's Oda and One Piece: Shirahoshi is getting freaking kidnapped. Hehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
So, I think the Straw Hats fighting Teach is going to be dependent on how fast Kuma is healed, because, barring Gunko becoming a Straw Hat ally via Brook, I can't see the Straw Hats getting back to Wano faster.
...Unless Shanks' sword ate the Mythical Zoan Gryphon Fruit, since it's named Gryphon.
At that point, Shanks could probably use his Sword to fly the Sunny/Red Force back to Wano.

If Shanks isn't on Elbaph like I think, and needs to show up, things could take even longer.
I really like the idea of the Kuma Bubble though, because it gives the Crew Three Days to train with the Red-Haired Pirates, and the current Straw Hats need SOMETHING before they fight the Blackbeard Pirates over Pluton in Wano
