R1: Shibashou should be martially stronger than YTW in a duel.
R2: Hmmm, this one is interesting. I don't think YTW is "militarily" smart but she's more unconventionally smart like Kanki. As for Shibashou, I don't think he's the smartest general of Seika, that would be Gakushou imo. So this one is a toss up because we can't really compare the two on this department.
R3: YTW obviously.
R4: YTW obviously again.
R5: This one is tough, YTW has stronger average foot soldiers but Seika has stronger overall commanders. Extreme diff either way I guess.

Round 2 and 5 should be clear to most people. Yotanwa's leadership and tactical abilities (as a combination) are some of the strongest the readers have seen from a general. They are even stronger than even Renpa's.

Round 1 should go to Shibashou for (maybe) being one of the strongest character in Kingdom so far

Round 1: Who is stronger?

Shibashou seem like a high tier physical tank, so my money is on him.

Round 2: Who has better strategy and tactics?

SBS so far didn't have much chance to show his tactics. Meanwhile Yotanwa shown misdirection tactics, good skills at siege battles and some basic terrain manipulation + it was hinted multiple times she is a genius of warfare even tho her style is different from plain folks.

Round 3: Who is the better leader?

Yotanwa is basically worshipped by her people. She is a general and ruler at the same time. That 100 leadership is there for a reason.

Round 4: Who has the better army?

This one is difficult to say. Yotanwa's warriors are stronger then plain folk on average, but Shibashou's elites also seem amazing.

Round 5: Who wins this battle?

For now I'd say Shibashou wins in open plains, while Yotanwa in the mountains. But I would have to think about it more.
