I really enjoyed the first season and movie so I hope this arc lives up to the hype. People that read the manga really talk it up

As an anime watcher only I would say I'm not hyped but I have high hopes for it.

1st season was great to me. Not spectacular or perfect as some think but was way above average anime.

2nd season is a bit strange to me. The episodes are totally different when ending and in their climax. First episode of Shibuya Incident Arc I had a feeling it would end in the middle of it without nothing important happening.

Direction doesn't seem good to me.
