shigaraki has experience with his quirks and knows how to use them all
both are serious


I think Shigaraki could honestly take it. If we look at his feats:
  • with no quirks, he is almost as strong as prime all might. He is so strong without his quirks that it takes Endeavor, deku, Ryuukyu, bakugo, and gran torino all going all out just to stop him.
  • he has super regeneration and hence can only be killed if you go for the head
  • before his modifications, he already had peak human speed.
  • his quirk, decay, is literally an insta-kill quirk with a city level range. Furthermore, now that Shigaraki has All for one's quirks, even flying users can't escape decay. Shigaraki can just use air cannon to spread decaying debris.
quirks that we know he has:
  • super regeneration
  • decay
  • search
  • warping
  • air cannon
  • springlike limbs
  • 4 kinetic booster quirks
  • 3 strength enhancing quirks
  • forced quirk activation
  • impact recoil
  • infrared ray
  • air walk
  • life force
  • spearlike bones
  • rivets
  • multiplier(all for one used this to create multiple arms in his ultimate attack against all might)
All shigaraki has to do in order to beat kaido is touch him 1 time. While it will ultimately be difficult due to how overpowered kaido is, I think shigaraki simply has too much hax to lose to kaido.

I don't think it's difficult to touch Kaido lol. Kaido will give you free hits all day coz he thinks he is invincible. Shigaraki would have more problems with people like Kata or Kizaru who specialize in dodging attacks.
Law should have brought the doll girl from alabasta. She would have been perfect to take down Kaido.
