Well Gotenks travelled the Earth in a few seconds IIRC so SSJ3 Goku should be relativistic in movement speed. Probably much much stronger by reaction speed since moon busters reached the moon very very fast since the time they were used by Roshi.

DC and AP wise if Zaraki can't cut a star he is not even scratching SSJ3 Goku apparently.

Still wonder if Trunks could have achieved the latter however.

I’m only on chapter 100 of Bleach but seeing as how the strongest character in the show (Ichigo, who I’m assuming will be the strongest by EoS) is comparable to naruto I don’t see how Zaraki puts a scratch on Goku

I'm pretty sure Naruto is better because he showed moon durability feats while IIRC Bleach verse never approched that.

I recall some characters were on continental steps however.
