One Piece has a fair amount of evil characters and a few of them are scientists. Caesar Clown, Vinsmoke Judge, Queen and Vegapunk were all part of the illegal scientific research team called MADS.
The first three have been shown to do evil things with their scientific knowledge. Caesar Clown’s pet Smiley and SMILEs, Vinsmoke Judge turning his children into stone hearted weapons and Queen with his artificial viruses. We have yet to find out how evil Vegapunk may be, but his past indicates that he’s atleast decent.

Some people argue that Vegapunk should be evil and that he shouldn‘t be an ally. What do you think?
