Maybe this is something people have talked about before, I recently binge-read the manga and I'm definitely not up-to-date with existing theories. I just wanted to share my thoughts.
Anyway, one thing I noticed was that all Beasts Pirates All-Stars are named after cards: Jack, Queen, and King. The one that is missing is Ace https://omegle.onl/ vshare .
Before Ace joined the Whitebeard pirates, he and his crew visited Wano and he was planning to fight with Kaidou. Kaidou was away on business, so the two never met.
I think that the business Kaidou was dealing with involved Shanks. There's been a lot of focus on how some skilled Haki users can read the future and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect Shanks to be able to look far into the future. I think he has been puppeteering many events. For example, if he hadn't interfered here Ace would have ended up joining the Beasts Pirates rather than the Whitebeard Pirates.
Overall I think Shanks is a good guy, but I expect a major conflict between him and Luffy because his benevolent shepherding goes against Luffy's principles of freedom.
