We can understand that many things from Skypia foreshadowed Imu appearence.
Imu looks like Enel, which is clear right now.
But what about this frame? Could this be Joy Boy and Sad Boy Imu?
Unlike Noland and Kalgara, Imu and Joy Boy ended as mortal enemies and, in the end, tried to kill each other. They made a promise, but it wasn't fulfilled for 800 years, and Imu awaits how Joy Boy's promise will be fulfilled.
But ofcourse there will be another part of this story that made Imu kill Joy Boy - Lily. He loved Lily, but this love led him to what he became in the end. From this, love was left as the only desire to get married to Vivi. This is why, in Vivi's post, the time-skip introduction started with Kobra asking when she would get married. And I'm not sure how Vivi's plot can be integrated into Kalgara and Noland's story.
But on Mural, there was a part that said: THEY WILL SURELY MEET AGAIN, and these words were also about Kalgara and Noland's promise: WE WILL MEET ON THIS LAND AGAIN SOMEDAY, NOLAND!
