Anime & Manga Sleeping Kaido vs Eos Sanji

II've seen a similar post on Sanji's potential damage on Kaido and decided to finally put up my doubt, Eos Sanji attack in continuation, there are two questions:
1) how many months will it take for Kaido to start to feel an itch and realize that he is been attacked?
2) suppose that Kaido now is awake but he doesn't defend himself with haki, he only stay put, how many months will it take for Eos Sanji to finally see a ml of Kaido blood?

I won't put a poll because there are two questions and I would like an open answer, but I beg of you( this is a serious question that I have from some time) to don't post unrealistical/troll response like "just 1 month will do" etc.
