I think that Smoker is a high chance posibilite, i mean, whats the point of bring Smoker at this point in the plot? He is just here, and have a long time with the crew. He is a Logia User, color theme White, good design, ex-marine, strong personality, decent level of power, have Hakis… and he can leave behind tashigui Captain of G-5, like Jimbe do with the sun pirates.

It doesn't for Luffy.
But it does for Smoker. He's been doing this for decades. Has been hunting Luffy for 2 years. And now just because Luffy is levels above him he should tuck his tail and join him? Makes no sense.
Again, he can ally with him for a fight or two. He did it on PH. But join the crew? Very very slim chance of that

He told them to eat shit after Alabasta... And then fought at MF against pirates. Such a good guy.
And Ace's death is on him. Garp tried to steer both him and Luffy away from being pirates but they chose their own path. And it's now up to them to own up for their choices.
Garp's situation was hard but he did the right thing in the end. He stayed true to his convictions (the Marines) and let Ace die for his (being mad about a yo daddy joke)

Garp keep choosing the wrong way.. You can justify but don’t change the fact that he have see the shit of the WG and keep following cause he don’t wanna effort for try other things

Garp was smart enough and strong enough to deny being an Admiral, so that the CG couldn't directly command him whenerver they want.
Also, considering that we have Fujitora who aims to change some of the policies of the Marines/WG, who's to say Garp didn@t have the same aim.
As for Smoker, he understood the WG's way of doing things since Alabasta and Croc as I said. If he were such a righteous chad he would have left the Marines then and there. But he stayed. Because changing the Marines is something you do while part of the organization, and not outside of it.
