The issue isn't her using it on Page One, that's fine, she was angry and wanted to wreck him which she did. The issue is that by not using it against Kid and Law more often, it seems a lot less casual compared to the Page One scene and seems even a bit ridiculous. Atleast you can argue she might've used it off-panel like during that Usopp scene and that perhaps stuff like black lightning emitting from her as Kid uses Damned Punk to pin her down is her using it but even if so, she should've used it more often, it's a great ability and compliments her physical strength (though of course her devil fruit seems to be her go-to and for good reason).
