Questions & Mysteries So did the other Ten Shadows Shikigami inherit Mahoraga and Agito's components?

#1
When a TS shikigami gets killed, its powers get passed onto the other shikigami. This was shown when the black dog inherited the white dog's power. So shouldn't Divine Dog Totality, Max Elephant, Toad, Rabbit Escape, and/or Piercing Ox have inherited the powers of Nue, Orochi, Round Deer, Mourning Tiger, and Mahoraga?

Tbh I don't get why TS users don't just kill their Shikigami 1 by 1. Divine Dog Totality and Agito were way stronger than the sum of their parts. If a TS user just killed all their Shikigami one by one until Mourning Tiger (whose power still remains ambiguous but is presumably the 2nd strongest after Mahoraga) inherits the powers of the other 8, that Totality would probably be strong enough to beat Mahoraga. And then they can just order their tamed Mahoraga to kill the Totality and have it inherit all the 9 shikigami

Versatility maybe

the best would be to merge and unmerge anytime you want but it doesn’t work like that it seems

Having 9 targets to fight is sometimes better than having just 1

It's still unclear how it exactly works.
Maybe the Sorceror lost these Shikigami but can use it's powers when he uses Totality to fuse them with other existing Shikigami... idk.

Maybe Megumi will pull out a merged beast with all the 10 shikigami powers... who knows?

The stronger the Shikigami is, the harder it is to tame. No 10S user was strong enough to control Maho as a matter of fact.
