Like is it passive and always on or Sanji can turn it off and on? What was wrong with his eyebrows and why are they back to normal?

Sanji's CoC prevented him from going insane (turning into a mere copy of his brothers). Thats the only possible explanation and i believe Vegapunk will get intrigued with Sanji being so much different from what his siblings are and from what Judge aimed for him to be

I mean in gag moments its fine luffy's fruit also doesnt work in gag scenes/moments but serious moments like BM,
she was supposed to get hurt if sanji used his CoA and exoskeleton is even more durable
It can be very oda thing if he can turn it off against women lol
Or something like " my body gets soft against women " lol

For gag scene sure but in a serious scenario or if he's in a fight it shouldn't just turn off

Eyebrow part is very confusing . I dont think so oda made random thing about eyebrow . To me , it can be turned off or on by sanji . I believe that only explanation about how he did not end up like his sbling is willpower on genes .
