I really hope we find out soon, Oda hid their face for a reason. Their design is too similar to Shiki to be coincidence and Shiki has massive vibes to Wano including his face appearing on that witch Higurashi or whatever.

Oda might be playing the long term payoff with us, Shiki can counter Onigashima falling if he wants to for some reason and I did hope he he is the lurking legend. I wanted him to be the Shogun of Wano and even the one working with Kaido too as a result, but that's impossible now ofc.
