Here's the claim, you don't unlock Haki and insane CoO level like Usopp did in Dressrosa without having simultaneously a
Soft CoC unlocking..

The CoC level is directly correlated to a Haki User's CoO Range..


That's how Luffy can now recognize Chopper's presence as his CoC keeps Blooming and Leveling up through
Soft Conquering stages..

I think Enel as well has had a Soft CoC Awakening with his absurd Observation Haki range which
encompassed the entirety of Skypiea all the way from Angel Island to Upper Yard.. It's not something
that can be reduced down to a better CoO aptitude..

How can Enel have Haki reach on par with Experienced Conqueror Haki users while not having Conqueror himself.. That is
Soft Conqueror Awakening..

CoO level doesn't determine the user's Haki range, CoC level does.. The only natural outward Haki ability is
Conqueror, the stronger your Conqueror gets the greater CoO range you gain..


On a final side note with Usopp, he doesn't have a Haki Color affinity or that he Specialize in like Luffy, Zoro and Sanji, he's
portrayed as a somewhat normal human being with no particular strength or abilties.. If he did have an affinity with a Haki class,
he would have Awakened his CoC fully then and there in Dressrosa before Zoro..

The Range alone isn't insane, what makes it insane is that it's coupled with being able to gaze on people's presence well beyond eyesight level..

Hard CoC would just be base CoC as power manifesting for the first time..

I have been saying time and time again that COC should've been an outright amplifier and it makes more sense. It is simply more coherent and consistent.

1. Basic COC - Presence amplified, hence why they can intimidate to even a point of knocking weak willed characters unconscious

2. AdvCOO (COO + COC) - Observations skills amplified that next level observation skills can be unlocked or greatly enhanced. Shanks the "hakiman" has 10 second FS right?

3. AdvCOA (COA + COC) - Strong COA already creates lightning trails, well how about we amplify this? Bigger thicker lightning trails right?

That's interesting to think about.. Yeah basically CoC is a presence amplified.. I don't know about CoA, it could be an amplifier?.. But CoC and CoO could be seen as 2 sides of the same coin.. CoC is going inside out, and CoO is outside in..

I guess there are no CoO attack, i don't know if that's possible..
