Personally I say Aizen has a good chance of winning. He's a Shinigami and can attack souls and he doesn't fear Terumi. It will be extreme diff, though.

Love Aizen as character but from what I reading about Yuki, this is basically a stomp, dude is large planet lvl, in his last form with hax even far above but even if he not have his hax, his previous form are already to op based on what I read and what I know about Aizen.

From what I read, Terumi is basically resistant to everything Aizen can do to him, and that's only in base. Terumi wins this one.

I wanted to have Terumi vs Yhwach at first, but that's a stomp in Yhwach's favour if Terumi can't use his hax. I think Aizen can take this if the Hogyoku continues regenerating him and he wears Terumi out. Though that's the only way I can see him win. Else Terumi wins.

Yhwach's most formidable power is his ability to alter the future, Yuki is said to have Precognition and Cosmic awareness in addition to reality manipulation and resistance to time manipulation and other stuff. Even Yhwach would probably have his hands full with Yuki. I'll give it to Yuki even then.

Plus Yuki can negate regeneration. Don't think Aizen's healing will even work.
