Here the Hero killer has to fight and kill contractors from the Darker than Black universe.

2 rounds for each fight : with speed unequal and with equalized speed.

1st fight : Stain vs Wei Zhijun

R1: Speed unequal
F1: I guess Stain mid diff. Wei have good AoE attack with his blood control but Stain got better speed and agility:kayneshrug:And don't forget about Stain's hax Quirk as well:cheers:

F2: Stain high diff. I doubt Mina would get close to Stain to be honest but then her lightsaber is very lethal so yeah:believe:

F3: Stain high-extreme diff. Hei's electricity wouldn't do much if he trying to get close to Stain which is his Quirk purpose so yeah:jordanmf:

R2: Speed equal

F1: Stain high diff
F2: Stain extreme diff
F3: Stalemate or Stain very extreme diff

1st fight : Stain vs Wei Zhijun
R1 Stain win.
R2 Stain win.
Wei has the ability to transport matter using his blood as a catalyst and Stain's Quirk allows him to paralyze and immobilize his opponent by ingesting samples of their blood.

The moment Wei spam his blood, he lose. :okay:


2nd fight : Stain vs Mina Hazuki
R1 Stain win.
Stain will lose his weapons and have difficulty to scrath her. Stain will enhance his speed & reflexes and also Immense Endurance. Mina at this moment will be very overwhelmed.

R2 Stain win with an fatal injured
In this round, Stain will enhance his strength and show his Highly Perceptive Combatant. But, again... due to his Immense Endurance Stain will overwhelmed her.


3rd fight : Stain vs Hei
R1 Hei win
Hei have amazing agility, speed, endurance, dexterity, and natural strength. Stain will be overwhelmed and have a difficult time to scratch him. Hei will blow a lot counter hit to Stain.

R2 Hei win
If Stain go through to enhance his speed & reflexes ,Immense Endurance and show his Highly Perceptive Combatant I doubt he will be equal on Hei. Why? Hei Peak Human Condition, Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Molecular/Electricity Manipulation and off course "Tactician". The combination of all Hei abilities is very structured against Stain.
If this 3rd fight made into an animated film, I'll watch it over and over again. Perfect match-up :steef:

Yes Wei spam his blood but the moment stain will touch Wei blood Stain will have a big hole in his hand or on his tongue. If there is a drop of blood on Stain sword the blood will destroy the sword if Stain doesn't swallow it asap.

And Wei blood is hax and a surprising power Stain can be caught off guard.

I don't think it will be easy at all for Stain to lick Wei blood because touching Wei blood is what will make him lose.

Stain for me is quicker and can draw blood but if Stain really understand Wei powers he will have to immobilize him first,

How about Stain Immense Endurance against Wei blood hax? Stain take 5% full punch of Midoriya's Detroit Smash.

Yeah Stain can take a beating but Wei powers are not countered by Endurance. If Stain has blood on his face he died in a snap. If he has blood on his hand or leg etc he will have a hole instead.

So with equal speed I can see Wei winning this because Stain really wants to touch Wei blood and this is a bad move
