Round 4: Equalized Stats, no jutsu or quirk at all

Zabuza should win all.

He destroys Stain with no restrictions or equalizing

He is physically stronger so even with speed equalized Stain will lose. And Zabuza has other jutsu than mist (water dragon etc).

only the round 4 can be a match : stain is good with his swords or knives but Zabuza also trained all his life with weapons and was one of the strongest blade users of his country in a country full of blade user that trained for life too.
Zabuza takes it too.

The issue is that Zabuza is a trained fighter and assassin who's not only unequal in silent killing — Kakashi's own statement — but plots out how he's killing someone incredibly quickly and makes great use of deception.

Even without powers, this is pitting a street fighter against a special forces commando.
