Static Shock vs Cole MacGrath vs Mikoto Misaka

Who takes it? Animated show and comic feats for Static, Level 5 Misaka with no AAA, and end of Infamous 2 Good Cole for this fight

Fight takes place in Time Square

I think level 5 misaka is the strongest but base Misaka is the weakest

If this is base Misaka then static wins this I'm not to familiar with static comics but he was decently strong in the animated series and comic characters are more often than not op

And then the guy from infamous yeah he's just barely stronger than base misaka only because I think he has more control of his power and power output

Ahh right I meant the leveled up op misaka what was it lvl 6? Awakened misaka
Cole’s interesting. I’d argue he’s got the least finesse with his powers. Misaka and Static can both do way more with their electromagnetic powers. Cole makes up for it since he has ice powers on top of it

Tough choice for me, but if I had to choose I’ll pick Static to win.

The iron sand kaiju is pretty cool and badass looking but, Static can disable it or absorb the electricity from the kaiju and supercharge himself.

Every single grain of the Iron Sand Kaiju is vibrating at high speeds constantly, building up massive charges of electricity and also making it dangerous to touch.

It’ll be ressuplying itself at probably a faster rate than Static can absorb

With Cole ice powers he can slow down the electrons inside the iron sand, in the meantime Static will throw an shock grenade to blow it up.

His ice doesn’t have the area of effect to cover even half the Kaiju.

For an idea, think a giant that towers over even Bertrand’s giant bug form that Cole needed assistance in taking out who’s surging with electricity (5 times hotter than the sun) that Cole’s ice needs to be able to freeze.

It’s not clearly shown in the video I posted by Misaka’s Iron Sand Kaiju once it’s sufficiently charged up disentegrated the golems arm on contact with the amount of heat and friction it was generating

Not only that, but even if Cole can manage to freeze the Iron Sand Kaiju, Misaka can take advantage of the freezing temperatures to make her electricity more conductive which she has done

“There’s still a way,” said Mikoto.
A moment later, the ground quickly froze over. This was the work of the Yuki Onna who could literally achieve absolute zero. The frozen patch of ground was a meter wide and extended beyond the horizon. A streamlined box that resembled a bobsleigh floated above the rail of ice.
“If this mess has a diameter of eighty kilometers it means we’re forty from the center, right? With low-temperature superconductivity and my high-voltage current, we can rocket there using the theory behind a linear motor train. I don’t know where this spear or whatever is going to fall, but you should be able to stop it since you can restrain my power. So leave the rest to me.”

If Cole would have gotten 100% percent of Kuo’s ice abilities the cool shit that Kuo or the ice conduits can do would be so badass.
