There guys traveled everywhere minus elbaf, laugh tale and they have yet to find a fruit. Considering how many fruits are out there, you would think SHs would have found at least one by now.

Devil Fruits are rare outside of the grandline, and within the grandline, they will typically have been eaten by a user. They are a valuable commodity. and the Straw Hats haven't traveled to that many islands in the world. It's not that crazy to suspect they never stumbled upon a devil fruit. Keep in mind that Marco states there are millions of islands. Luffy and co haven't traveled through a fraction of that.

A big point is that he could have easily had the snow logia fruit end up with them after Monet died, but instead it was left back at Punk Hazard.

DFs are rare... They have yet to travel that long cumulatively and they're busy with other things other than hunting for a DF...

What would they do with it anyway?

Even the DF hunters in BBP seems to have difficulty finding a DF, as noted with JB being baited for Mera Mera no Mi...
