Speculations Straw Hats vs Marines

Do you think this will still happen? If so, what will the matchups be? IMO:

Luffy vs Fleet Admiral Sakazuki (obviously)

Zoro vs Admiral Fujitora (honorable swordsmen and they’ve already interacted)
Sanji vs Admiral Ryokugyu (Ryokugyu is a womanizer, and was introduced has having not eaten in over 3 years)

And then the 7 other SHs vs 7 Zodiac Vice Admirals (Kurouma, Momousagi, Chaton, Orange Rat (Kakizumi), White Dragon (Shiroryu), Golden Goat (Kinyagi), and Silver Snake (Ginhebi)). Yes, I did make up headcanon names for the last 4.

If Yamato does join, then I guess she could fight Kizaru? Or maybe Sanji fights Kizaru and she fights Ryokugyu. I do think that there’s a good chance of Blackbeard taking out Kizaru though, so maybe Oda really does add a last minute Orange Admiral to the series to complete the secondary color trio, and Yamato can fight that person.

The chapter at the end of egghead seems to be a setup that the marines will become their own factions/Sakazuki its own player and not just a WG underling in the final war (otherwise the spread doesnt make sense, and so far with how garling and shamrock potrayed thats seems to indicate the same)

As for the other admirals: There is severe lack of enemies in the final arc for the SHs, Gorosei were mostly jobbers that didnt accomplish anything on egghead, same going for the HKs on elbaf. Given oda refused to show an admiral going allout still the intention is clear why

I’m hoping that the theory that BB will destroy New MF and kill Kizaru in the process is true. This would probably force Akainu to mobilize.

They will be fought partilly by the Sh, however, like its just giga cope that Luffy will fight 30+ chapter akainu and the sh will fight a faction not related to that. That's not how One Piece arc works

Koby will defeat Aokiji.

Sanji will defeat Kizaru.

Fujitora will be deleted by Imu or Blackbeard, or fight on the right side.

I'm not sure who will defeat Aramaki. It could be Yamato or it could be Zoro - it depends on when Mihawk is defeated.

Zoro vs Aramaki has some thematic weight to it though. One represents the Death and the Underworld, and the other Life and Mother Nature.
