Zoro 100% is superior than others except the captain. When something happens zoro is the one to the step up and also I’m pretty sure he was called the second in command back in sabadoy arc

Yes he often steps up when Luffy is not around but others have also done it, Sanji, Nami, etc.

I agree but zoro words carries more weight than their words. Time and time oda showed zoro is the next command after luffy
