Hm kinda hard to judge, have Natsu all power of the Spriggans and others?
In that case he should be able to take down every character who is at least under continent lvl, in that case @Cao Cao could tell us more.

Already said on CV. Depended on the version or composite, he probably stops against Spiderman. For sure he stops against the likes of Hulk, Human Torch and/or Quasar.
