Stussy's df is most likely a mythical zoan more specifically a succubus

A succubus is a demon/monster depending on your source who is known for draining their victims via sexual seduction and sex

Stussy was queen of the pleasure district, probably did plenty of draining behind the scenes

She has succubus type wings

Also she was able to knock out Lucci and Kaku simply by biting them

That could be an interpretation of the kiss of death ability Succubi have which is an ability that steals life force
