There has to be 1 chapter that stands above all others in the 1070+ chapter-long series.
What chapter is the absolute best in your opinion, maybe don't let a single moment define a chapter as the best (unless you feel it should)

For me the greatest chapter of One Piece is Chapter 513
Kuma negs the crew, sending away everyone, leaving Luffy and the readers shocked. To me this is the absolute lowest that the series seemed to have gone, and for that I think it achieves something Oda has yet to replicate. What makes it so special, is that Oda can't (and won't) be able to recreate such tragedy. Luckily it was the typical fakeout, but independantly this chapter reigns supreme.
