Then you also have characters like N, Ghetsis, Skyla, Shauntal, Grimsley, and others.

Also the first region with a female professor.

And the first region/gen with a really good story.

Mega evolution as a whole feels like a wasted concept because they did nothing new with it in Sun and Moon, and disposed of it the first chance they got an excuse to do it.

I remember the early days of XY where people would bring multiple Pokemon that generally weren't good with their mega specifically to mess with people 😂

It wasn't a good strat by any stretch, but damn was it not fun AF

The first Pokemon Showdown Match I went into... I have 6 Mega Pokemon with Mega Evolution items, but, I thoughti t was way looser than actual Pokemon, and you could use multiple Megas because you could use multiple items.

I did not win lol.

My favourite pokemon games are 1 Black and White ( top tier plot, N and Ghecis fantastic characters), 2 Emerald ( exploring Hoenn underwater with sub+ Rayquaza scene ) and third Platinum

My top 3 as well only i would put
1 Emerald
2Platinum
3 Black/White

I didn't play Sword&Shield and Scarlet&Violet yet

Sword and Shield or Violet and Scarlet are not bad but idk they aren‘t that catching to play i got bored kinda fast after one playthrough.

Have you played Legends of Arceus ?

That game is awesome ,still hope they bring an DLC for that in the future .
