Why is Loki's Dragon black, it doesn't look like a finish design at all. No one is able to tell what are the spiky things at the back. If this is a silhouette, then Oda is still holding off for a proper introduction for Loki's DF power.

There are too many silhouette, what is wrong with all these silhouette?
Isn't it about time to just show them already, what is Oda planning actually?

It's both options of the poll. There's a reason people are debating whether or not the rest of the page is AI or photoshop after all.
Loki's design is likely real but I doubt the rest of the things in that page are.
But also, yeah, I don't believe Loki's design is finished or that it's been shown completely.

The editor noticed the missing Luffy and Ragnir and the Oda's phone call just won't pick up, so he takes matter into his own hand and photoshop it himself.
