As characters and stuff but as a teacher Niko is esily better than both he taught Ohma everything he knew and helped him go from a dark violent kid to a badass good guy compare that to Jiraya who left his student ( pain and the other 2 ) in the middle of war or let Naruto grow up as an orphan that is hated by everyone or the cock Rayliegh who leaves the island 6 month early while he could have easily taught Luffy advcoa or maybe even fs in a week or so

Biscuit and Jiraiya are probably the most knowledgeable overall.
