Discussion Power The Black Bulls are overpowered!

The amount of power in the Black Bulls far outmatches any other squad in the Kingdom.
They have:
Asta - Captain level+, possibly Wizard King level.
Yami - Captain level
Nacht - Captain level
Charmy - Captain level
Noelle - Possibly Captain level
Secre - Arcane Stage
Vanessa - Arcane Stage
Grey - Arcane Stage

And even among the rest of the crew they have some pretty broken hax. Like Magna's new spell, Zora's ability to reflect magic, Gauche's ability to clone people, Finral's spatial abilities.

The squad that is closest to them, the Golden Dawn. have like 3 captain level characters (Yuno, William & Langris) and that is it.
How do you guys feel about this?

I would say Noelle is definitely captain level. They are fairly reminiscent of the old school Azura deer with Julius, Yami, William and Nacht all being major power houses.
